Herb Roasted Turkey ($159.90, Serves 8 – 10 pax, 4.5kg before cooking). Available from 14 Dec – 27 Dec
Get the limited-edition Herb Roasted Turkey as you approach Christmas Day. This whole roasted turkey is stuffed with herbs, onions, celery and carrots to impart a mix of sweet and aromatic flavours.

While Turkeys are usually the must-have for the festive period, not everyone is a fan of the poultry (can be tough and dry).

Cooked via slow-roasting, the turkey meat surprisingly remained juicy and tender, ready for low-fat indulgence. The complimentary cranberry sauce was the perfect fruity dip for that sweet flavour.

If you need some sides, you can also add on Cranberry Ham Salad, Mac & Cheese (4 Portions), Cornbread (4 Portions), Mexican Grilled Corn (4 Portions) for $40.

Orange Marmalade Glazed Premium Bone-In Ham ($259.90, Serves 12 – 14 pax). Available from 14 Dec – 27 Dec
Make your celebration even more special with a premium bone-in ham. Served whole, this bone-in roasted ham exhibits a perfectly caramelised skin glazed with a sweet and sticky orange marmalade.

Underneath that glistening skin lies a tender and juicy chunk of meat, ready for carving.

I liked that the orange glaze gave the savoury ham a little more tanginess than ordinary baked ham, with a sweet, citrus tone. Also hefty enough to serve your entire family or hungry Christmas revellers.

Orange Marmalade Glazed Whole Gammon Ham ($149.90, serves 6 – 8 pax, *3.5kg before cooking)
If you are looking to feed a smaller family, this festive whole gammon ham is for you. Also slathered with a glaze of sweet and sticky orange marmalade, the lively citrus notes from the orange marmalade contrasts the mild saltiness of the ham.

This hind pork leg was slow-roasted to create a delectably succulent pink meat and a firm crust. (Order the Bone-In version if you prefer more indulgence.)

Roast Beef Ribeye ($189.90, Serves 4 – 6 pax, *2kg before cooking)
Make this exquisite roast the centrepiece of your holiday spread and let everyone feast over a whole Beef Ribeye.

Donning a beautiful charred crust accentuated with jewels of coarse black pepper, this traditional roast is served with a rich, brown sauce.

The demi-glace enhances the roasted caramelised flavours even further. Best served medium-rare.

Barbeque Beef Rib ($179.90 for whole rack, serves 4 – 6 pax, *3kg before cooking)
A meat lover’s dream, these slow-cooked beef ribs are juicy and fall-off-the-bone tender.

Enjoy this chef-d’oeuvre lavishly glazed with Morganfield’s signature Hickory BBQ Sauce for that smoky-sweet flavour.

The thick sauce adds robustness to the juicy ribs as you effortlessly bite into it. Accompanied with the works – demi-glace, Dijon mustard and Hickory BBQ sauce.

Crackling Pork Roast ($68.90)
This large slab of pork belly has crispy golden-brown skin that delivers the thrill as you cut into it, breaking to release a satisfying crackling sound.

The rich layer of fat beneath the skin adds a richness to the already flavourful meat.

Roast Chicken ($35.90+, 1.6kg before cooking)
A worthy sidekick to the turkey star is Morganfield’s Roast Chicken, stuffed whole with classic mirepoix-inspired filling of celery, onions, and carrots.

The added rosemary infused a pronounced lemon-pine flavour to the chicken, and some woodsy peppery notes.

Morgan’s Christmas Feast ($149.90, serves 4 pax)
If you are having a mini-get together at home, then this Morgan’s Christmas Feast which serves 4 should work well.

In terms of meat, you get the festive specials of Hazelnut Sticky Bones, Cranberry Sticky Bones, Crackling Pork, Roast Gammon Ham and Sausages.

This is accompanied with ample sides of Garden Salad, Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Corn, Roasted Cauliflower, and Roasted Pumpkin.

Special mention of the Cornbread Mexican which is light, sweet and fluffy.

Hazelnut Sticky Bones ($29.90 for Half Slab, $49.90 for Full Slab)
Morganfield’s signature Sticky Bones deserves the spotlight in this Christmas feast. Made from American BBQ prime pork ribs, this dish is slow-cooked to perfection the old-fashioned way.

This process makes the ribs fork tender, while smoking it over hickory wood gives it that irresistible aroma.

Finally, it goes through a basting of special hazelnut sauce for that signature stickiness and finger-licking goodness.

Cranberry Sticky Bones ($29.90 for Half Slab, $49.90 for Full Slab)
You only get this once a year. The Cranberry Stick Bones was easily everyone’s favourite item with a glaze that is sticky, sweet and tangy at the same time, with a deep, almost cherry-like flavour.
